Member Laura Russell created and submitted this wreath for Kiwanis at the Carroll Arts Center 13th Annual Wreath Festival.
Stop by and take a tour of the 220+ unique wreath submissions between Dec. 1-5 (10am -4pm). And if you see something you like, make a bid. They're going silent auction style. All proceeds go straight to the art community of Carroll County.
Plus all of the wreaths in the Charity Challenge have the opportunity to win $250 for their charity. The winner is based off having the most votes from the community. Please consider ours when placing your vote.
